Paul Gerhardt, Ph.D., President:
"The Organizational Doctor"TM is an expert in the field of leadership and organizational effectiveness. He has authored numerous published works on varying leadership and related topics. His style of writing and speaking enthuses readers and participants to think deeper about what being a leader is and how to be more effective at it. Paul is the managing editor of LeadershipSuccess® Productions and director of his own private organizational development and team effectiveness consultancy and training company. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Management and Organization with an emphasis in Leadership, a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership, and an MBA in Management. He teaches leadership, management, and technical abilities to college students in Washington state. Paul helps empower others with education and training utilizing interesting facts combined with a dynamic and enjoyable speaking style that keeps people on their toes and constantly growing.
